3. Fees & Payment

• Pricing may be fixed-fee, hourly, or subscription-based — always defined in advance and confirmed in writing.
• All prices are quoted in CHF and may include VAT as required.
• Payment must be received before document release or continued legal support unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days before appointment: Full refund or reschedule option.
• 2–6 days before: 50% of agreed fee retained as preparation cost.
• Under 48 hours: Full fee due unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information and documentation for legal review.
• Cooperate in good faith and respond to requests promptly to ensure timely legal service.
• Respect data handling, confidentiality, and communication protocols.

6. Legal Limitations

All legal advice and deliverables are based on current Swiss law and the information provided by the client. Legal Wise Team is not liable for outcomes resulting from miscommunication, third-party misuse, or legal changes outside of our control.
